- Phillip W. Knight agreed to act as a fiduciary* and hold money he was to return or disburse as instructed.
- Knight provided bank wire details for four (4) separate transactions. $353,500 was wired and Knight confirmed it was received.
In spite of Knight’s promise to return the money in writing* and verbally no money has been returned. - Phil Knight’s egregious breach of trust as a fiduciary prompted us to create this website. There was NO business deal or investment that went bad as he allegedly tells those who find this site. .. the only bad actor was Phil Knight who acted badly.
- Knight’s array of excuses of why he’s not returned the money included: the government had the money, he gave the money to someone he trusted and they did not return it, he never benefited from the money, the bank has the money and will not return it and so on. TOTAL RUBBISH!
- Knight has no evidence of his claims therefore we were able to secure a US Federal Court Judgement for the $353,500
- Word of Caution: doing business with Knight or thinking of doing business with Phil Knight? Then proceed with caution and conduct a forensic due diligence. Never let him or anyone he designates hold or collect any money for any reason. Always engage a third party escrow agent that you personally know and trust.
